Campagne les Bains (Aude)
Former thermal establishment near Campagne-sur-l'Aude. Here is the information about the water from "Practical Guide to Mineral Waters" by Dr. Constantin James published in 1867 (pages 77 - 78):
"Between Limoux and Quillan, on the banks of the Aude, the sources of Campagne spring forth. There are three, with a temperature of 26 and 27 centigrade. Their mineralisation is very weak: 0.676 gr per liter. They are sulfurous, calcium-carbonate, and contain iron salts..."
Today the old thermal establishment buildings are private residences, but this spring in its pleasant little grotto still exists.
