Alet les Bains (Aude)
Interesting village with ruins of an 8th century abbey, warm springs and a spa. There is a bottling factory here which exports the fine water under the name Alet. The Romans used these waters in ancient times, and in 1886 the water was "officially" recognised as a natural mineral water. At the main spring you can fill your own bottles, this is one of the places we get our drinking water.
